Terms of Service
The terms that govern quote requests, orders, delivery, and pickup at Design My Palace Inc.
Last updated: October 27, 2026
These Terms of Service govern your use of the Design My Palace Inc website and any quote request, order, delivery, or pickup arranged through us. By requesting a quote or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Who We Supply
Design My Palace Inc supplies contractors, builders, developers, remodelers, and designers running residential and commercial development projects across the Tri-State area.
Quote-Based Pricing
Every order is quote-based. Prices are not listed on this website. A submitted quote request is not a confirmed order or a binding price; it is a request for a trade quote. A quote becomes binding only when we confirm it in writing and you accept it. Quantities, availability, and timing are confirmed as part of that quote — not on this site.
Orders & Confirmation
Once you receive and accept a quote, your order is confirmed subject to the details in that quote. We coordinate materials, scheduling, and logistics with your schedule. Any specifics about stock, licensing, certifications, warranties, delivery times, minimums, or returns are addressed through your quote or by calling us — not on this website.
Delivery & Pickup
We offer jobsite delivery across Long Island, New York City, New Jersey, and Connecticut, and in-store pickup at our Hicksville yard. Delivery and pickup specifics, including timing and jobsite access, are arranged as part of your confirmed order.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use this site lawfully and to provide accurate information in any quote request, contact form, or quick-contact message. You are responsible for the content of any photos or details you upload or share with us.
Intellectual Property
All site content — text, layout, and imagery — is owned by Design My Palace Inc and may not be reproduced without permission. Product imagery is representative of materials as a contractor would recognize them.
Limitation of Liability
This site is provided for information and quote requests. To the extent permitted by law, Design My Palace Inc is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this site. Your materials order is governed by the confirmed quote.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
